1、 Cold heading machine
Cold heading machines mainly include screw cold heading machines and nut cold heading machines.
2、 Screw machine
The screw machine is a specialized machine tool that uses cold heading to manufacture various standard parts such as screws and rivets. It is formed in the form of a whole mold and is suitable for manufacturers in the industry who produce screws and rivets in batches. The entire structure of the machine, from straightening, material selection, cutting and secondary forming to material dropping, is automatically processed. It has the advantages of stable forming standards and a wide variety of processing varieties.
3、 Nut machine
The nut machine uses cold heading method to automatically produce various hexagonal nuts from optical disc elements or bar materials, and then taps them to produce standard hexagonal nuts.
The bar material is fed through roller drive, and is sequentially fed, cut, pressed, angled, punched, and several processes are completed in one machine. The cold heading station is arranged horizontally and has the characteristics of accurate positioning, stable operation, and convenient maintenance, making it suitable for manufacturers to mass produce nuts. The nut machines on the market are divided into four stations: four stations, five stations, and six stations, also known as four molds, five molds, and six molds. It is usually called 2 pliers, 3 pliers, or 4 pliers. The most commonly used pliers now are 2 pliers and 3 pliers, and in the process of replacing 2 pliers with 3 pliers, it is generally possible to use 2 pliers for ordinary nuts. The difference is that 3 pliers are relatively material saving and have strong adaptability to products. They can make more complex opposite sex nuts (such as flange nuts). However, for opposite sex parts that cannot be made with 3 pliers, 4 pliers are considered. When a product can be made at both workstations, the more workstations there are, the more beautiful the product will be, but the price difference is also quite large!
